| Theme | The heart, the vital centre of the body, is our inner sun. Its fire warms us, its light illuminates us. In the absence of calm and ample breathing, of solid and stable grounding, all too often this fire is agitated, flares up or weakens. Worry and avidity veil the light of the heart, cloud its wisdom; we lose the true meaning of our incarnation. Restoring harmony and clarity to the heart is an essential stage in regaining contact with the whole of Reality, from its infinite, absolute dimension to its finite, relative one. Rediscovering the innate wisdom of the heart, its bottomless depth, is a long process which takes us to the roots of our being, to the origin of the universe, to the Supreme Goddess: awareness. Love is the most absolute, the most dangerous and the most demanding path there is, leading us from the limitations of ego to the limitless field of infinity. Meditation, watching the breath — all day long — and the exploration of its infinite potential will be the predominant aspects of this retreat. The practices are those of the Kashmir yogic tradition and of Qigong. The days will be punctuated by periods of dialogue. No special skills are required. |

| Schedule | First Day: 5–7 pm room check-in only | 7:30 pm lunch 8:45 pm brief introduction of the retreat orientation followed by a silent meditation Daily Schedule: Morning: 7–8 am >> meditation followed by body or breathing exploration 10–12 am >> body practice Afternoon: 3:30–6:30 pm teaching - dialogue followed by a short session of body practice In the evening a silent meditation Last day: the retreat ends just before lunch. |

| Teaching prices and conditions | Sponsor : 410€ - Attendee 370€ - Assisted : 340€ (deposit of 150€ via bank transfer to confirm your registration) Deadline for registration : 10 days before the retreat on monday, September 7th. Cancellation conditions In the event of cancellation of a course by us (very exceptional), the full amount paid will be refunded or carried over to a future course, at your request. In the event of written cancellation by you: > more than 3 weeks before the start of the course, a flat-rate fee of €40 will be retained to cover administrative costs. The balance of the deposit will be returned to you or transferred to another course at your request. > Less than 3 weeks before the start of the course, half of the deposit will be retained; the other half may be reimbursed or carried over to another course at your request. All cancellations will be settled within one month of your cancellation. Any retreat started and then interrupted by the participant, for any reason whatsoever, will not be reimbursed. |
