Silence : always and everywhere present | March 2026

Breathe in, feel the fullness of being.
Perceive the sensation of being, without any specific features—a subtle, sweet radiation. The in-breath unfolds us, let us receive all its potential.
Let us taste the simple miracle of being; the songs of spring are its celebration.

Now, what about ourselves? Do we celebrate, or are we walled up in our complaints and cares, shut in to the point that we no longer take the time to admire the living painting of the sky, listen to the symphony of the world, and savour Silence?
Silence is always and everywhere present, heard only by the heart.

Our practice consists in familiarizing ourselves with the Silence which saturates all creation, impregnates each one of our cells and vibrates in the deepest part of our heart.
In the press of the crowd and the turmoil around us, perceive that Silence is there, the ultimate refuge, where we find our axis and our balance.

The point is not to withdraw from the world, but to learn to live with Silence and agitation together, and in our wider presence to experience them as a complete and perfect whole,
learning not to pay attention only to outward speech, we can turn our ears to the words of silence that hearts exchange, if only we leave them space to breathe and cease to stifle them with fears, judgments and preconceptions.

The quintessential practice of Silence is a silent prayer, that of the Breath.
Breathe in—I am; breathe out—the supreme Essence, Source of all that is.
The unending recall of our true identity.

We are Silence and, at the same time, its outward expressions, in colour and sound. May our words and acts emanate from the Silence in the depth of our heart.
It is a living Source that refreshes our being as no other earthly substance, even the sweetest could ever do.
